In its normal basic condition, it forms a staircase and is composed of three (height-adjustable) stair steps. This ensures that even with the maximum achievable lift height, the staircase will have standard parameters (height of the "stair" 165mm x tread width 310mm). The chosen width of the treads ensures a sufficient total width of the platform (approx. 1m) at the moment of the "platform" function. When the "platform - drive up or down" function is selected, the stairs will descend to the upper or lower station, depending on the selected direction of travel. Here, a continuous platform is created from the individual steps, on which the client overcomes the specified obstacle by going up or down. To ensure the smoothness of travel and the concurrency of all stair steps, the operation of the individual lifting columns is controlled by a control circuit that evaluates the load on the individual legs and controls according to the pulses of the motors voltage for individual lifting columns. This ensures that even if the individual steps are loaded differently, the overall platform moves as one continuous "plate". After reaching the end station and people exiting the platform, the platform can be transformed back into a staircase.
